Yes, but you are not guaranteed to receive points for submitting a create-your-own idea. If you want to be sure you will receive points, send your idea to collegeaggies@animalagalliance.org. Be sure to email us before you invest too much time in planning your event and allow 5 business days for a response.

No, but to recieve the CAO Excellence Award your club must complete at least 7 challenges. Also, the more challenges you complete, the more likely your club is to win!

Yes. The last day to host an event is November 16, 2018 and the last day your club can submit a challenge for credit is November 23, 2019.

Every week you will receive an assignment. Assignments may range from attending an online webinar to writing a blog post. Each assignment is worth a certain amount of points so by completing the assignment you add to your score.

Undergraduate and graduate students have always been invited to sign up for College Aggies Online. Students will still compete against each other for weekly prizes, but at the end of the competition the three top undergraduate individuals and the three top graduate individuals will receive the grand prize of scholarship money and a trip to the Animal Agriculture Alliance's annual Stakeholders Summit.

Each club challenge includes a points rubric so you know exactly what your club can do to earn points!

You will receive weekly emails with everything you can do that week to earn points. Updates about assignments and webinars will also be posted in the College Aggies Online Competitors Facebook group.

Winners receive scholarships and an invitation to the Animal Agriculture Alliance Stakeholders Summit. The Stakeholders Summit is an excellent networking opportunity and a chance to learn about hot topics in agriculture.

You can make up one week out of the nine weeks for full credit. So if you miss turning in a challenge and/or social media for one week, you can turn it in late to earn full points, but your work won't be in the running for any top posts. Your late week needs to be turned in by November 16, 2019 to receive credit.

College Aggies Online (CAO) is an initiative of the Alliance that connects college students from across the country who are interested in promoting agriculture. Participants receive training and instructions from industry experts and engage on social media by posting information about current and emerging issues facing farmers and ranchers and telling personal stories. College Aggies Online was created to help train the next generation of "Agvocates"!

The CAO mentors are taking time to host a live webinar and deserve a live audience! You're also able to ask questions when watching live. We understand your schedule may not always allow you to watch the webinar live, so you can watch the recorded version for partial credit.
